I can't believe people are still using this... Isn't 'live journal' so 2 years ago?

So, what time are things going down today? Brooke & i want to come to Baumgartners if there's time... Anyone gotten ryan? His cars busted. If we get him can someone bring him home? What time will you be at Baumgartners? Once we rescue the princess how do we escape? What time will we be playing yard games? Am i allowed to play yard games (sorry Bethany)? Croquet perhaps?

Oh Shit... i need a title for my conference paper... Any ideas? It's about Gunther von Hagens' BodyWorlds and the idea of public versus private death. How we hide death away from the world, autopsies are done behind closed doors and corpses are only presented to us as painted, 'life-like' things. Whereas in the past, autopsies were public events, like lectures...
People were once more comfortable than death than they are now...

What should i call this paper?

Today i used "Waterfall Mist" shampoo, "Dove" facial cleanser, and "Adiddas" body wash, so my hair smells like a creek, my face like a pigeon, & my body smells like a soccer ball.

Monday night, Brooke & i went to "blue", a sushi restaurant in Omaha. It was ok, but in the water there were slices of cucumber as a garnish... and i thought to myself, "Man, that's ridiculous, trying to 'look ultra-hip' by putting some random vegetable in the water" but then i tried it, and the water just slightly tasted like cucumber, which was great... So now cucumber (plain) is my favorite water garnish...

And somebody told me (was it you?) that some people use cucumber as a martini garnish. Tell me more.

Hi everybody... We had a blast of a weekend with y'z'all... Thanks for making the trip out & thanks boys for hosting a wonderfully meaty party saturday...

In other news, brooke & i decided that if we win the lottery, we would buy a big house with lots of rooms & each of our friends could have their own room that they could design & decorate & keep their stuff in...
So, be looking forward to that.
